Godly Play
Godly Play is a method of religious education and spiritual direction for children and adults alike. The goal of Godly Play is to teach the art of religious language, parable, silence and liturgical action in order to help us become more aware of the mystery of the presence of God in our lives.
Godly Play is based on the work of Jerome W. Berryman who is an Episcopalian Priest. He draws on the wisdom and work of Maria Montessori (1870 –1952) and Sofia Cavalletti (1917 – 2011) to open sacred stories to children.
